As we step away from the day-to-day hustle to focus on giving thanks, the WhiteCrown Team wants to take a moment to say how grateful we are for YOU!
When we launched the WhiteCrown imprint almost three years ago, we started with a simple idea: we never outgrow our love of “princess stories.” Part of that comes from the sparkle, the gowns, and the sense of wishes coming true—but even more, it’s because we all long for that deep, noble identity. We love seeing outward reflections of the inward truth that we are daughters of the King of kings.
At WhiteCrown, we blend faith and inspiration with that timeless longing for what is noble and regal. We embrace it. We celebrate it. And we’re honored to share it with you.
Since those early days, the WhiteCrown family has grown to include 9 authors and 18 books—with 11 releasing in 2026 and plenty more on the way! Alongside our novels, we’ve also published 18 Princess Moment short stories on our website, offering bite-sized glimpses of beauty, courage, and hope.
As we reflect with gratitude today, please know how deeply thankful we are that you’ve chosen to be part of the WhiteCrown family. Your support, enthusiasm, and love for these stories make everything we do possible—and we can’t wait to continue this journey with you.

Creating Kingdoms for you

HANNAH CURRIE
I’m so thankful for the way God takes our stories and the feeble, very human, words we write and uses them to touch hearts and bring hope and smiles and encouragement to readers all over the world. Many of whom we’ll never meet in person but will draw that much closer to God because of it. It’s such an honour and privilege to play this little, sometimes big, part in their lives.

TRICIA GOYER
As I look around my bustling, joy-filled home today, my heart keeps circling back to one word: THANKFUL.
Thankful for my husband, John, who has stood beside me through every high and low—quietly faithful, endlessly patient, and still the steady place my heart rests. Thankful for my kids—biological, adopted, grown, and still growing. Each one has stretched me, refined me, and reminded me again and again that motherhood is about showing up, even when you feel tired or unsure. It’s about grace, multiplied daily.
I’m also thankful for the generations who shaped me. My grandma passed away on July 31, 2025, and not a day goes by that I don’t think of her. Her strength, her stories, her prayers—those are threads woven deep into who I am. Grief and gratitude often walk hand-in-hand, and this year, I’m holding both gently. And I’m deeply thankful for you—the readers, moms, friends, and fellow travelers who show up here with honesty and hope. We may come from different homes and different seasons, but we share a God who meets us right where we are.
This year, I’m grateful that God keeps weaving every piece of my story into His bigger one. Truly…that’s the gift I never want to overlook.

MEGAN SCHAULIS
After writing a series where believers are oppressed for their faith, I am even more grateful to live in a nation where I can speak the name of Jesus with boldness. I can walk into a building designated for the worship of God and not worry I’ll be arrested or worse. I can read the Word of God with my children and not fear they’ll be taken from me. In a day when persecution of the Church is still very real, my freedom to praise and worship my Savior means more than ever.

ROSEANNA M. WHITE
In the midst of a new health crisis, as I stared down the possibility of Stage 4 cancer and what that could mean, the whirlwind of emotions led me to one place over and again: how grateful I am to be the daughter of the King of kings, held safe and secure in His hands. And more, as I contemplated His love and mercy and shared my news, I was so humbled and moved at how He uses my trials to strengthen others in their own. What a reminder! That in His hands, I’m not just safe and secure (though I am), but I’m still part of His plan. I am so, so grateful for the people He’s let me meet, for the good news we’ve received about that health scare, and also, always, for the stories He puts in my heart and allows me to use to process all the suffering we encounter in this world.

MELODY CARLSON
My first year of widowhood has been a challenging year for gratitude. And yet I am grateful—primarily for the amazing support community of friends, neighbors, family that has encompassed me in love and compassion. Sometimes you don’t know what you need until you really need it! So I’m thankful God saw this coming and surrounded me with a loving community.

After over a decade of praying and seeking the Lord about church planting, our family had the joy of getting to launch a new church plant this year with multiple other families—King’s Church! Through all of the unknowns and challenges, we saw the Lord provide for us again and again, and our family is leaving 2025 with profound gratitude for how He has sustained and carried us.
“The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy!” Psalm 126:3

In 2025, my dream of becoming a published author finally became reality. It still feels surreal, and all I can say is, “Wow, God!” This year has brought its share of highs and lows, plot twists included, but through it all I’m so grateful—for the peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:6–7) and for the people who make this journey genuinely delightful. God has surrounded me with incredible (and wonderfully crazy) friends who have become my family. I truly couldn’t do this without their support, and I’m beyond thankful.

JOY CRAIN
As we go into this new year, I’m thankful for all the new experiences from this year. From small victories no one else saw but me to miracles on display for the world to see, each time God has smiled down and worked from the shadows always has me thanking Him in the end. Remembering and looking back is just a constant reminder that in these moments of seemingly mundane silence, God is always working behind the scenes for our good and when we look back, we can truly see that He never leaves us nor forsakes us.

In a season of many changes, I’m so very thankful for answered prayers. In one situation in particular, God has worked a magnificent miracle in regards to something I’ve prayed for for a very long time…and thought He might be
forever silent on. But He is always listening! It brings to mind one of my favorite Bible verses: “Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a
tree of life.” (Proverbs 13:12)
